Telephone - calls are charged at € 0,10 per unit.

Payment - 25% of the rent is to be payed at the moment of booking, the remaining 75% to be paid on arrival at Casale Doria Pamphilj.

Number of Beds - We cannot allow the number of persons staying in the apartments to be higher than the number of beds initially stated. (Cots are exempt from this ruling)

Cancellation policy

In the case of cancellation by a guest within 15 days of the due date of arrival or in the event of the non arrival of a guest the deposit will not be refundable.

Extra Services

Cleaning

Each apartment is equipped with a few cleaning materials and upon request a cleaner is available at € 7 per hour

Towels

The bed linen and towels are changed once a week. An extra set of linen can be provided on request.

Fax

The office fax at casale Doria Pamphilj can be used to send and receive faxes for guests the number is +39 06 6689590

Baby Cots

Cots can be provided in the apartments on request please order your cot when booking.

Laundry

The Casale laundry may be used by guests. The charge for a normal wash cycle is € 5. An iron and ironing board are available in the laundry for guest use.
